  2. Gimme the Loot (25 XP)
  3. Complete the Benchmark Test (25 XP?)
  4. Read Workouts FAQ and Getting Started & Leveling Up modules (25 XP)
  5. Read through the NF Diet Levels to figure out what level you’re at (and mark off those quests for the levels you’ve already passed!).Take a look at the NF Nutrition Module.

Week 1 Missions

  1. Before Photos (25 XP) – This is a non-negotiable! You don’t need to look at them, you don’t need to hang them up, but you do need to take them.
  2. Measurements (25 XP) – Another way to track your progress.
  3. Find your Big Why and share it (25 XP for each )
  4. Walk 5 minutes per day this week (100 XP) – Time to start moving!
  5. Log your food for 1 week (50 XP) – Don’t worry, we won’t make you log your food forever. Just do it for one week!

Quest: Take measurements to track progress.

  • Neck – (Measure just below the Adam’s apple)
  • Chest – (Measure under the armpit, arms by your side, at the nipple line, after a normal exhalation. Ladies: wear a sports bra.)
  • Biceps – (Measure with the arm by the side, halfway between the elbow and top of the shoulder)
  • Waist – (Measure at the bellybutton, after a normal exhalation)
  • Hips – (Measure around your glutes at the widest point)
  • Thigh – (Measure while standing, halfway between the crease of the hip and center of the kneecap)
  • Calf – (Measure at the widest point)
