  1. Break Down Those Goals and Start Your Epic Quest (25 XP each)
  2. Gimme the Loot (25 XP)
  3. Complete the Benchmark Test (25 XP?)
  4. Read Workouts FAQ and Getting Started & Leveling Up modules (25 XP)
  5. Read through the NF Diet Levels to figure out what level you’re at (and mark off those quests for the levels you’ve already passed!).Take a look at the NF Nutrition Module.

Late post but week 2 missions were completed on track.

Struggles

I’ve fallen behind on Week 3 so I need to play some catch up and I haven’t been keeping to my sleep schedule. I have also been eating more poorly whenever I track my food because food is constantly on my mind so I plan to go back to just making healthy choices and minimize snacking. I’ve been consistently walking 5 minutes per day although I need to be proactive to make sure I remember to do so on weekends.
