Quest: Mindset: The Art of Goal Setting

Identity

I am somebody that will be stronger, will eat healthy meals 6 days a week, and can pull up and dip 1.5 times my bodyweight.

Goals

  1. I will go to bed by 10 pm to get 8 hours of sleep every day.
  2. I will consume 1500 healthy calories every single day in order to lower my cholesterol and build muscle.
  3. I will strength train three days per week for 20 minutes in order to pull and dip more weight.
  4. I will spend 1 hour each weekend to build dip bars in order to dip more weight safely.
  5. I will walk 5 minutes every day for a month in order to lower my cholesterol and improve cardiovascular health.
