- I will go to bed by 10 pm to get 8 hours of sleep every day.
- I will consume 1500 healthy calories every single day in order to lower my cholesterol and build muscle.
- I will strength train two days per week for 20 minutes in order to pull and dip more weight.
- I will spend 1 hour each weekend to build dip bars in order to dip more weight safely.
- I will walk 5 minutes every day for a month in order to lower my cholesterol and improve cardiovascular health.
Loot Brainstorm
- If I go to bed by 10 pm every day for the next month except the first and third Thursday of the month (11 pm), I will unlock a new video game.
- If I stick to my eating plan every day for a month, I will unlock a Pau Gasol jersey.
- If I strength train 2 days per week for a month, I will unlock gymnastic rings.
- If I build my PVC dip bars, I will unlock a jump rope.
- If I’m able to walk at least 5 minutes a day for the next month, rain or shine, I will unlock new running shoes.
